Description

The TL-Smoother Kit is an add-on module designed for 3D printer stepper motor drivers. It addresses certain issues that may arise in 3D printers, particularly those utilizing a parallel structure, which can lead to the production of vibration lines. Here are its features and specifications:

Vibration Reduction: Primarily used for minimizing vibration lines that can occur in the parallel structure of 3D printers.

 

Signal Wave Smoothing: Effectively eliminates uneven signal waves, particularly in low-speed situations.

 

Flyback Diodes: Provides flyback diodes (freewheeling diodes) for the motor outputs. These diodes protect against induction voltages when the driver is unpowered.

 

Improved Printing Quality: Helps achieve smoother movement, especially when using DVR8825 stepper drivers and A4988/2 drivers. This leads to lower vibration, reduced noise, and an overall smoother result.
